Take part in an experiment exploring how high density urban environments impact our well-being, liminal states of being and sense of agency.
VISIT
Visit an outdoor location familiar to you and spend 5-20 minutes there. Experience the impact of the space on your sense of well-being, liminality and agency.
LISTEN
Listen to one of the eight ambient music tracks I have created to assist you achieve a liminal state of being.
Each track has an embedded solfeggio frequency and a beats per minute (bpm) value between 40 – 95 bpm to help lower heart rate and induce a sense of calm.
